Secondly a big thank you to Johanna and Seb for animating the afternoon. Both were a pleasure to work with and a lot of fun. They managed to keep up with all us guys who were really motivated after having had a Fondu lunch with plenty of drinks. The surprise was even bigger when we told them we were going to have an Egg Challenge. They did not know what to expect and the surprise got even bigger when the teams were created and each team just received a box with some limited material to save the Batavia Egg’s. After some creative time, we realized that we should have all become aviation egg engineers…..every team managed to save the egg…when thrown from the 1st floor terrace. It got more complicated when all the egg saving models were let go from the second floor. Only one made the cut…Unfortunately the team that won was not the one in which the other teams invested their stakes. The presentation by each team of why you should invest in their creative invention was second to none and an extraordinary exercise of quick thinking and salesmanship. Bottom line, we made the right choice of choosing the “Egg Challenge” as everyone was eager to participate, everyone had great fun, it showed camaraderie, motivation and last but not least you created and unforgettable team building event for all these high-end executives. We all have fond memories today to share working with Catalyst Teambuilding Switzerland. We’re looking forward sharing many more “Magic” moments in the future. Last but not least, thank you Katerina, Johanna and Sebastian for making our day so special!
